What am I going to do in 2009 when the course is closed? Answer: In order to minimize inconvenience, plans are in the works to utilize Meadowwood and Hangman Valley golf courses in 2009 to provide a modified schedule for clubs ordinarily playing at Liberty Lake Golf Course. Clubs will be scheduled to play Meadowwood one week, Hangman the next week and have the following week off. More details and fine-tuning will become available as we near the 2009 season. Answer: Unfortunately, revenues have not adequately covered operating expenses for some time. Rates have been adjusted to correct this trend and insure long-term capability to maintain the best playing surface possible. 2008 Rates continue to be some of the most competitive rates in the inland northwest and beyond. 2008 Rate increases DO NOT have any relation to construction costs associated with renovation expense of Liberty Lake Golf Course.
